Unlink Peacock

My Face ID automatically logged into a different peacock email and password when I was trying to activate my peacock subscription to my main email account. I clicked a link to inactivate it. Now, when I try to reactive the peacock, it says it’s already linked to the other account. Can you unlink my Xfinity account from this email?
