Unending Civil Authority Alerts

What's the point of offering a streaming service over the web if it only allows you to watch for about 10 seconds, then goes to some pointless civil authority alert posted for something that happened in Pittsburgh.  That's real helpful.  All I want to do is watch the flyers game.
