Unauthorized and unexplained prorated charges

Absolutely furious with Xfinity and their ridiculous billing practices.

I was simply trying to use their self-service system to change my streaming bundle, but their system kept giving me an error and wouldn’t allow me to complete the change.

Instead of being able to make a straightforward adjustment to my services, I’m now dealing with unauthorized prorated charges and a bill that has jumped from approximately $100 to $178.14!

How is it acceptable for a company to charge customers nearly $80 more when its own self-service platform doesn’t even function properly? I did not authorize these additional charges, and I should not have to spend my time fighting to correct a billing issue caused by Xfinity’s broken system.

The lack of transparency, accountability, and basic customer service is outrageous. Customers should not be financially penalized for attempting to manage their own accounts, especially when the company’s technology prevents them from doing so.

Xfinity, explain exactly what these charges are for, reverse anything I did not authorize, and fix your system. Customers should not have to fight to avoid being overcharged simply for trying to change a streaming bundle.

This is completely unacceptable. @Xfinity @XfinitySupport
