Unable to watch Xfinity

Hi,

I just bought a Vizio smart tv for my other 3/4 wife. She’s more than a 50. 

she was watching Xfinity last night. This morning the tv was on Vizio. How do I get my Xfinity back? I’ve switched to hdmi 1 and hdmi 2. They both display no signal.
