Unable to watch Xfinity Stream on Apple TV or Desktop computer connected to Home WiFi
Hello Xfinity,
Even though I have connected to home internet/Wifi network I am unable to watch movies at xfinity stream, using Apple-TV or even my desktop computer.
I have a brand new Xfinity Gateway modem + router installed about a week ago.
Please assist.

Using an Apple TV HD 2021, connected to my home Wifi and getting the below error:
This device can only access Xfinity Stream on your in-home Xfinity WiFi. Use the app on your smartphone, tablet or laptop to watch on the go, any time you like.

No luck yet - after chatting with multiple support agents, online.
