UNABLE TO VIEW SUPERBOWL/

CBS streaming on xfinity asks that i log into my home wifi. I DID SO. But CBS remains grained out and i cannot view the superbowl.

IF xfinity posts a message it SHOULD WORK. particularly for a special event

of course no service for help is available
