Unable to view saved shows or live tv on app

My Xfinity Stream app is not working on my Samsung Galaxy phone while I am traveling.

Both live TV and completed DVR recordings appear in the app, but when I try to watch anything, the loading circle spins continuously and nothing plays.

I have already tested Wi-Fi and mobile data, force-stopped the app, and cleared the cache.

Please check my Xfinity Stream account authorization and playback service, perform a streaming-service refresh, and escalate this to technical support if necessary.

I need assistance restoring playback while I am away from home.
