Unable to Upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus (StreamSaver)
Hello — I’m requesting assistance and escalation with an ongoing issue upgrading my Peacock subscription.
I currently have the Xfinity StreamSaver bundle and am satisfied with my plan overall. However, I have been trying to upgrade from Peacock Premium to Peacock Premium Plus, and the upgrade option is not working.
When I attempt to upgrade through the Xfinity app, I receive the message:
“We’re unable to complete your request.”
I previously contacted Xfinity support in February and was told the upgrade must be completed through the app. I was also told a request was submitted for Peacock support to follow up, but I have not received any contact or resolution since then.
At this point, I am requesting escalation and resolution. Please:
1. Confirm whether Xfinity or Peacock must process the upgrade, and
2. Complete the upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus on my account.

Hi there, @livelaughlove15 I'm sorry for the trouble you are experiencing trying to upgrade your Peacock service. Since you purchased StreamSaver™, you’re not able to upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus (ad-free version) at this time. If you purchased NOW StreamSaver™, you can upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus; however, your subscription to Peacock Premium Plus must be purchased at the full retail cost (taxes extra; pricing subject to change).-Richard
