Unable to stream from my browser now for more than 4 day.
I've been able to stream using my browser for over 4 years now. In the last few months I've had issues with being able to stream. I use to login in directly to the stream, but at the beginning of the year, was getting that my login was invalid. I found that if I login to the Xfinity site and then clicked the watch stream it would take me there and everything was fine.
The a few months ago, stream would lock up and say there was an issue with connections, despite the fact that all my other webpages worked fine. A couple of weeks ago, Xfinity took the network down for some repair work.
It initially seems like it fixed the problem, but now even though I log in like before, the page loads, I jump to one of the channels, I can press the play button until my mouse complains and nothing happens. All the other controls work fine, except for playing the channel. I've rebooted my system multiple times, restarted my Xfinity box. Nothing.
So I dug out my old FireStick and was able to use the xfinity streaming app there just fine. What is strange is when I go back to my browser and click on the gear icon and select manage devices, it shows nothing. Despite just a few minutes ago, I tried signing out again, signing back in, get the open the xfinity app on my phone to authorized, which it claims it completed and everything should be running. It's still the same.
Support via the assistant is basically useless since it doesn't seem to know that people can stream xfinity from a web browser. it insist that I troubleshoot my Roku or other devices to resolve the issue. when I ask for an agent, I get "Sorry there is a problem connecting you to someone in support"
Why is it so hard to get this problem fixed.

@user_g59m73 Have you tried another web browser or clearing your cache and cookies? Which web browser and operating system/version are you using?
