Unable to load Xfiity Stream on MacBook Air running OS 15.6

On a MacBook Air running OS 15.6, when I click to open Stream, it just states on a purple screen with dots going I a circles but will not load.

Problem just resolved. Don't know if my contact with Xfinity systems (never got to a live person) has anything to do with it.
