Unable to activate/redeem Peacock perk

I’ve received multiple emails about an unclaimed Peacock perk because I’m an Xfinity Platinum member. However, when I click on the link to claim and activate it, there isn’t an option for Peacock in my subscriptions, the Xfinity StreamStore, or in the rewards/perks page. I received the most recent email on July 23rd.

I have tried accessing the page through multiple browsers and even in incognito mode, but there hasn’t been an option to activate Peacock.
