Unable to activate Peacock subscription
I have diamond level membership, but when I login and go to https://customer.xfinity.com/activate-peacock
I get a message:
We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer
My understanding is Diamond membership should include Peacock services

Hello @user_b41jbv There are some redemption issues with platinum and diamond members right now. The link you provided is the correct link to activate the service. But did you first redeem the reward at https://www.xfinity.com/membership . Once redeemed it should email you a activation link. If you have already tried the site above we can escalate this to our membership team.
