Unable to activate peacock - Something unexpected happened Please close this pop up and try again
On page: https://www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions
I see peacock Plan: Peacock Premium; Price: Included; Status: Activation required
However, I am unable to activate peacock subscription. When I hit the activate button, I get this error:
"Something unexpected happened
Please close this pop up and try again. If the problem persists, try again later."
Looking at the network traffic in the browser, I see this error

Already spent 2 hours with chat support, but they always end up terminating the chat (3 different agents did that).
Tried multiple browsers and different devices without success.
Could you please help activate my peacock subscription?

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon.
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
