Unable to Activate Disney+/Hulu

I am on the Gig+ Streaming plan. My Disney+/Hulu activation button is missing from both the rewards page and xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions. I need a manual activation reset for my MyDisney credentials.

@user_sr8r1, hello there and thanks for reaching out. I completely understand the need of getting those activated. Have you tried using another browser and device?

Our team can take a closer look at your account if the activation buttons are missing on your self-service side and you're bumping into an error when attempting to activate through the email. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.

 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon in the top right corner

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
