Unable to activate Disney plus or hulu due to webpage bugs

Die to the webpage not loading an "Activate" button on the subscription page, I am unable to activate the streaming services I'm paying for. I have been told several times that it's a known bug since February 22. It's March 9 today. No work around or customer reconciliation has been given.
