I watch TV on my home network via the Xfinity stream app, usually on a Roku TV. For the past couple hours, I've been unable to access my guide on the Roku or any other outlet, including in web browsers. I've tried restarting individual devices and my router multiple times. The error reads:

Sorry, we're having some trouble

We can't load your Guide right now. Please give us a few minutes and try again.

(Error TVAPP-00502)

I don't have a TV box and only have access through Stream, so I can't watch live TV until this is fixed. Please help! Thank you.

Come on xfinity stream this [Edited: "Language"]. No live tv on phone, tv with roku, or laptop. Been over an hour now!

Same here! Thought it was just me. Uninstalled/reinstalled app, rebooted Roku, nothing. Been over 2 hours. 

I checked it in my phone and I could see the guide, just not on Roku. Grrrrrr

Hello @user_35842b. It has been a couple of days, are you still having issues, or were you able to get your issue resolved?
