Tvapp-00400 error on playback
I can’t playback shows I have recorded anymore. Even when I download, there is an error code: Tvapp-00400. I have deleted the app multiple times and reinstalled. Occasionally I will get to play a recorded show but it will stop in the middle, freeze on the screen and only play audio. This happens win WiFi areas and also on shows that have been downloaded. When is this going to be fixed. It’s annoying to travel and not even play shows that are downloaded.

Hello @user_c2a1d2 we apologize for the issue you've encountered with trying to watch your recorded shows. I see you mentioned you've troubleshooted and uninstalled the app and reinstalled the app.
Are you also trying to watch these pre-recorded shows on your cable box in the home, and had the same problem, have you restarted the cable box in the home?
