after a recent storm im geting this error on all recoedings i cannot find the dm button it happens with both live tv and recording

i took every step it rurns out how you fix it is to call comcast itself the error is typicaly a cloud error on their server which is what i wastold after clearing cookiesdisabling ad block clearing cachechating with a online rep chating with the ai bot and using different browers  i also refeshed my box twice

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
