Getting a TVAPP-00351 when trying to wait h a downloaded show on stream.   I am using a 9th Gen iPad.

@nascar_24 Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the Xfinity Stream app? Are you on a mobile carrier network or using the WiFi? What other sort of troubleshooting steps have you taken?

It's a new install to a new iPad (9tb Gen).  Not on Wifi as I have download the video to watch offline

Are you able "return" the recording and attempt to redownload it while connected to your WiFi @nascar_24? Are you having this same issue with other recordings or with one particular recording?
