TVAPP-00281 Error

Ever since this past weekend--> we've experienced various error codes.

I've come here and verfied firmware/software on my samsung smart tv was up to date.(IT IS.)

I've deleted the app.
I've disconnected my TV from power AND the network.
Disconnected the network from the cable and power.

I reconnected it all.

This is the error I'm getting.

IS there an issue on Xfinity's end?

I’m having the same problem on both of my Samsung TVs.

Interestingly enough, when using the same browser on the same machine, but while watching the TVGO versions of the same channels (e.g. MSNBCHD, CNNHD, etc.) this problem is not present. This is a relief because it pretty much eliminates my software, hardware, network, switch, router, cable-modem, and incoming cable signal as being the issue.

 

So, this is purely on bug on the server side of the streaming tv service.
