Hi Xfinity Support,

We are having issues with the Xfinity Stream Beta app on our Roku. We have restarted our internet, restarted our Roku, signed in and out of the Xfinity app and we are still getting the error message "This Video Cannot Be Played, We've run into a problem while streaming. (Error: TVAPP-00231). We cannot use the app at all. Please advise how to fix this issue. Thanks!
