When I try to use my Xfinity stream the following comes up "Unfortunately, we cannot support high speed data customers without video subscription. Check out xfin.tv/shop to subscribe today!"

(Error: TVAPP-00165)

It worked before but not now...all other devices preform as they should...any help is appreciated.

Hello, @user_0c7794 thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear you are having a connection issue to the Xfinity Stream app. Can you tell us what device you are using when you are receiving this error?

Same here. LG 32" did Xfinity just stop supporting these tvs? I installed the app on June of 23 and I just checked and there have been no updates. Does someone have a legitimate answer?
