TVAPP-00116 Stream Error
How about Xfinity fix this issue that SO MANY of us are having? TVAPP-00116 occurring with Roku devices installed app on devices, and Roku stream sticks. I have several devices, older and newer. None of them work with latest Xfinity Stream App update. Only a few channels appear, rest produce error. I have read the various threads, and ideas, etc. Ineffective.
1 - Has nothing to do with set top box and how many devices can or cannot stream.
2 - Uninstall app, restart tv, reinstall app, restart tv does not work
3 - All firmware is updated to 9.4
4 - Most recent Xfinity Stream App from 12-01-20 installed. ***THIS is when issues began***
5 - Excellent wireless strength
6 - Excellent connections
If there is a way to install an older version of Xfinity Stream, which worked fine, I would like to know how to revert back to it untill these bugs are ironed out?
