TVAPP 00195 Error on Samsung TV

I'm a new customer and I haven't been able enjoy the service because I have to use the Xfinity app on my Samsung TV. I keep getting the error code on the subject line. 

I have completed the troubleshooting steps with no positive results. Can I please receive assistance? I'm already getting billed for a service I haven't used.

Greetings! I have unistalled and installed the app, I've rebooted the wifi modem, and ensured my TV has the most updated software. Thank you.

On the app, I don't experience problems. However, I have no interest in watching the channels on my phone, only on my t.v.

@user_308la1 Thank you for giving that a try :). That tells me the issue is not with your online profile or the Xfinity Stream app, and we can focus on the device that's having issues with the app. What is the year and model number of your Samsung smart TV?
