TVAPP 00195 Error on Samsung TV

I'm a new customer and I haven't been able enjoy the service because I have to use the Xfinity app on my Samsung TV. I keep getting the error code on the subject line. 

I have completed the troubleshooting steps with no positive results. Can I please receive assistance? I'm already getting billed for a service I haven't used.
