Starting few weeks ago all our fire stick Xfinity apps stopped going to quick channel split screen. When right side of remote ring is pressed, split begins then fails to display adjacent channels, restarts tuner to the initial all channels screen. Happening on all 3 fire devices. Reinstalled app on 2, no fix.
