TV and My Bill

I want to Express my feelings about two people that work for Xfinity. Joshua ( W$B ) and Angelique ( XRE ) They went above there duty and was very friendly and helpful and professional. Joshua was so helpful with my situation, he spent about a hour with me and was very understanding, and Angelique was so help to get me were I needed to be for the surveys, I was waiting for a call back for a survey for Joshua and never got one so I call back and got Angelique and she was so helpful, we need people like these two in this world because you can't find people to help you anymore. Joshua was so helpful, that he reach out and did more then he had to and I want to thank him so much for everything, I hope someone in there upper management see this and knows how helpful these two people were.   Thank you so much Timothy [Edited: "Personal Information"]
