Trying to stream on my Roku tv with the xfinity app

I am receiving the error message that my plan does include any channels. But it does and I’m able to watch live tv on my phone but not on the tv

Let's take a look at what exactly is causing this issue for you together. Are you getting an error code with that message at all?

It’s the error message TVAPP- 00500 I think. It says my current plan has no channels when I try to vie live TV but that’s not true since I can stream on my phone and view all the channels

user_9uzsdo I appreciate you sharing that error code with me, let's get your streaming access restored. You mentioned this is an issue on with Roku TV in particular but not on your phone. Do you have any other device you can test, for example are you able to test with a desktop computer using the streaming site or another device capable of downloading the Xfinity app such as another smart TV that is not a Roku?
