Trying to cancel Peacock Premium Plus

I signed up for Peacock Premium Plus about two months ago. After watching what I wanted I went online to the Xfinity StreamStore site to cancel it. Every time I try to cancel I get the error. "Sorry about that! We had a problem with our site." I have tried probably 40+ times over a month in different browsers and on different devices with no luck. I cannot cancel Peacock. When I message customer service they say they can't do anything on their end and that I have to use the website. When I tell them that their website does not work, they don't have an answer. I have spoken on the phone with a customer service rep and an in-store rep all with no results. They all tell me I have to do it myself.

Has anybody else experienced this? And most importantly, has anybody found a solution?

How did you originally sign up? If you subscribed through a third party like Apple, Google, Roku, or Amazon, you must cancel directly through that platform's subscription settings. Appreciate you getting us in the loop to help.

I signed up through Xfinity on the Streamstore page. I can add and edit any of the other streaming services, but not Peacock. Whenever I try to make changes to Peacock I get errors.

@ndjamena I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with Peacock. Are you trying to upgrade to Peacock Premium Plus?
