Trying to activate HBO MAX Streaming subscriptions but giving me a error message
I have been trying to activate my HBO Max subscription for more than two weeks, but I always get the following error when I click to the button "active":
“Something unexpected happened.”
“Please close this pop up and try again. If the problem persists, try again later.”
I was able to activate all of my other streaming services without any issues, but HBO Max consistently gives me this error. I need help resolving this problem.

Greetings, @newuser164565! Thanks for reaching out about the HBO MAX streaming activation. I need a bit of information to best help. How do you get the HBO MAX subscription such as through StreamSaver or it is included with your TV plan?
Have you also created an HBO MAX account and password? This link shows how, https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/create-hbo-max-account. When you sign into the app, you will select login with provider, Xfinity. Sign in with the Primary Xfiinity ID and password. After that, you also sign into your HBO MAX account.
