Trouble signing into xfinity stream app on apple TV

I'm stuck in the loop of signing into the app on my apple TV and being told I'm not on my xfinity home wifi even though I am at home on my xfinity wifi. Then it signs me out. The issue is strictly on the apple TV as it works fine on my Android phone and on my Roku. Is there any solution to this problem yet?

@user_1vp1t3 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Have you already tried to uninstall the app, forget the network name on the apple TV, reconnect and re-download the app to see if it will allow you to connect?

Yes, I've tried that and I still get to the welcome screen that tells me I can only access it on my in-home Xfinity wifi. Is there anything else I can do? Thanks for your help!

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? To send a direct message:

1. In the top right corner, you'll see a little chat icon near the bell icon. Click the direct message icon

2. Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

3. In the 'To' line, type "Xfinity Support" there. A drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list (an "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line)

4. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

5. Press Enter to send it. An official employee, such as myself or whoever is first available, will respond. Thanks!
