TLCGo App Not Working

I’m an Xfinity cable and Internet subscriber. I’m logged into the TLCGo App on my Streaming service. I try to watch locked episodes and get message that TLCGo is not part of my subscription…yes it is! I logged out of the app, uninstalled and reinstalled it. Now it won’t even give me a code to link Xfinity. So app is now useless. 
Also, this is probably related? Xfinity regular tv guide and streaming guide are showing wrong episodes for most TLC shows. They show an old episode when the new ones are actually playing. Guide also shows wrong programs. Many many viewers are reporting same issues on Facebook for days now. What’s going on?
