This video cannot be played error
I keep getting an error saying this video cannot be played TVAPP-00101 on my boyfriends tv. I’ve never had this issue issue signing in to the app on a smart TV outside of my home before. Can’t get a hold of anyone Xfinity Xfinity assistant keeps spinning me in circles. Need help!!

Hey there, @user_9xczax! Thanks for coming to our forums and creating a post regarding that TVAPP error and your streaming concerns. Are you still experiencing issues? If so, what troubleshooting have you tried so far (i.e. force-closing and relaunching the app, uninstalling and reinstalling it, restarting the smart TV, etc.)?
