This Video Cannot Be Played Error: TVAPP-00101

Can't use the Stream service at all on my Samsung smart TV. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I get the program guide but the same error message on any channel I select.

@mgdemange Are you connecting to your home network? This error can also occur if you have two or more Xfinity accounts. Refer to this link for more info;
