This is a problem with streaming. Buffering,Frozen and may come back may not

During football games and all of Xfinity Streaming shows the steam comes and goes. This is a terrible event and your streaming has been a headache and frustrating. Have contacted for correction. However to no avail. Instead put into a year contract. I expect that contract needs to be eliminated due to you folks not fixing it. 
A refund is also indicated. Expecting resolution ASAP
