The Xfinity streaming APP is horrible.
The Xfinity streaming APP is horrible. The APP freezes several times a day and we have to go back to the main manu and reselect the channel we were watching to continue viewing. I am running through a Firestick. I changed Firesticks, called support and reloaded the app- nothing has helped. I use Xfinity internet also and according to Xfinity suport we are at the highest possible speed. Every other app we have downloaed ( Netflix, Prime, Apple TV etc) runs fine. I will be canceling Xfinity stream and going to YouTube TV. They are literally the same price and nothing could be worse than the Xfinity Stream App. What a waste of money

Thanks for reaching out to us I do apologize for any inconvenience you're having with the Xfinity streaming app. I use the Xfinity streaming app as well on my TLC Roku TV that I have on my back porch as I get a strong Wi-Fi signal on my back porch. Have you done any troubleshooting steps with your Internet https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/internet-connectivity-troubleshooting connection to make sure it's not related to your Internet services

I have been trying to use Xfinity stream pix for weeks. Thought we had it but it disappeared. Reactivated it but had trouble with activation of each service May have Apple TV working but peacock and Netflix are not.
Spent hours on the phone initially a few weeks ago and hours again last night and tonight. Tried humans and live chat. Now I may have activated peacock and apple as separate services. I experience
constant password problems even messing up my email password which now sometimes works with my real password and sometimes wants peacock password.
I think I deserve a home visit as I think this is a system design or function problem. Way too hard to get this to work! Please help
