Terrible Stream Quality

I'm watching basketball on TNT HD and Lebron looks like a minecraft character. My quality can not be better than 360p. Please provide me with trouble shooting specific to the app only or admit that your live sports browser streaming is not what it should be.

Details on my setup are:

• using chrome browser
• xfinity video playback quality is set to HIGH
• gaming PC with graphics card
• ethernet hardline connected to router/modem
• youtube HD and disney plus app stream flawlessly 

Based on the information above, You cannot say it is my computer. You cannot say it is the wifi as I am using a hardline. You cannot say it is the internet going into my modem because other apps stream with high quality. This issue is specific to xfinity browser streaming and cannot be replicated in any other app.
