terrible customer service

For months I have been trying to reach the Xfinity customer service. Constantly connected to a Philipine call center. Nothing is ever resolved. You go into these loops with voice prong system but you do not get to anybody that can help. 

Streaming service we have to constantly change passwords as login does not work. Two addresses on our account.

Hello, @user_d58639. Thanks for posting on our Community Forums for assistance. I'm sorry to hear about your recurring issues with our Xfinity streaming app log-in. We'd like to help. To confirm, is this happening on all of your devices? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? Or are you having the same issue when logging in with our Streaming website too?
