Technician cut buried dog fence wire
Hello. Yesterday one of your technicians came to bury our neighbor's new cable wire. We told him there was an invisible dog fence wire, but he ended up cutting through it and damaging one of our sprinkler lines. I used the chatbot service and explained the situation. He said someone would contact us to make an appointment to come out and fix it, but we have yet to hear back. Can you please make sure this message gets to the correct department and we get an appointment set as soon as possible? Thank you.
