TCM Channel

Why on earth would Xfinity place TCM with a Sports channel lineup that charges $10 extra per month. I don't watch Sports. I know this happened a few years ago and I am addressing it now, yet it makes no sense. I actually dropped the pkg last week with few other premiums. My bill keeps increasing and the quality and quantity of channels keep decreasing.

Hello, @Paris55. I appreciate you taking a moment to post on our Community Forums. Along with a few other networks, TCM was bundled into the Sports and Entertainment package to offer more options for most customers, who may not want to have the higher channel lineups. I can understand your concern though, as it is bundled with sports networks and can be confusing; however, there are other networks included in this package as well.

We have just signed up for the sports package, which is supposed to include TCM as part of the package. We now receive the new channels but no TCM. What am I missing.
