TCM channel
Why do I have to repeatedly authenticate the TCM channel on Xfinity Stream? I've had the TCM channel for years through Xfinity, now streamed through FireStick, but this has always been a problem even before I switched to Xfinity stream from regular cable. Is there a fix for this?

You should only have to authenticate your account if you are using your Xfinity log in for a 3rd party app. Can you please go into further detail on what happens when you are attempting to watch the TMC channel? If possible can you share a screenshot of what pops for you?
