Switching Xfinity Streaming plans

Hi, so I currently have Netflix, Peacock, and Apple TV bundle for $18/month, and I am trying to upgrade to the Peacock, Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max Bundle for $30/month. However, when I click Next, it says "Sorry about that! We had a problem with our site." Can you please help me switch to the new bundle on my account? Thanks!
