Switch accounts on stream app
I have two accounts but I can only see recordings on one account on the Xstream app. How do I switch to my other account? I only have one user id for both accounts. I can switch accounts whem I log in with a computer but not with the app on my phone.

Hey, @user_ea5853! thanks for reaching out to us on the forum! This is a great question! When you are watching from a computer that is a web portal it would be more tied into the "My Account" part of your login whereas the Xfinity Stream app is not. I was looking into my stream app as well, and I don't see any place where you would be able to select or add a different account. The best workaround we would have for this at this time would be to add a manager role to your account and you would need to sign out and into a different user ID for the app. I will indeed pass this along to the proper channels for see if this can be added to the app for future enhancements.
