streamstore charge; Netflix $26.99

My Last two bills suddenly charge me for "Streamstore" for Netflix of $26.99 per month. I chatted with Xfinity billing and told them I never ordered this and they told me it wasn't their problem and to contact Netflix. I contacted Netflix and they are NOT responsible for this billing. I chatted again with Xfinity and they disconnected me after an hour of texting. HELP! I need to cancel that subscription and get refunded for $26.99 for the last two months. This is so sketch! Contacting the FCC.
