StreamSaver

Apparently, I've been paying for this service but have never received information about how to activate these streaming services or anything that would allow me access to them. And there is no scroll bar here in this "Xfinity Community" so I've had to shrink this screen down to 33% just to see the text box. I can't even find Support services on this website which I think should be a higher priority than trying to sell me new services. I can't even find a useless chatbox to generate unhelpful responses.

This website isn't functional. Please add a scrolbar so I don't have to scrhink down the window to a size where I can't read my own message to you.

Thank you for reaching out to us @Liz999! When the StreamSaver package is subscribed to, an email with activation steps is sent to the email address on file. We have a dedicated guide for activating StreamSaver here.

 

Are you using Chrome to access our site? Our Community Forums site does have a scroll bar on mobile devices and computers/laptops. For troubleshooting purposes, are you able to access the site on a different browser?
