Apparently, I've been paying for this service but have never received information about how to activate these streaming services or anything that would allow me access to them. And there is no scroll bar here in this "Xfinity Community" so I've had to shrink this screen down to 33% just to see the text box. I can't even find Support services on this website which I think should be a higher priority than trying to sell me new services. I can't even find a useless chatbox to generate unhelpful responses.

This website isn't functional. Please add a scrolbar so I don't have to scrhink down the window to a size where I can't read my own message to you.
