STREAMSAVER NOW UNABLE TO ACTIVATE SUBSCRIPTION

I have tried countless times to navigate to my subscriptions which I paid for under NOW StreamSaver. I have already activated my Netflix with Ads but Peacock Premium I haven't received an email yet. When I try to check on my ‘MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS’ nothing pops up and also redirects me to a page that says error please contact us.
