Streamsaver HBO Max

My StreamSaver activation button is completely missing online, which is causing Max to throw a 'no active subscription' error code because it's reading my cancelled historical account profile. Please manually force an entitlement refresh to provision my Max access token

Thanks for reaching out to us. We do apologize for any inconvenience you're having accessing your HBO Max subscription.  Have you tried doing a hard reboot on your device or the Xfinity streaming box?

 

Via the Xfinity streaming box, if you unplug the power cord for 30 seconds and plug it back in sometimes that will fix issues with the streaming app in connection with the HBO Max app
