streamsaver: Apple TV+

I subscribed to the screensaver package for Netflix, Peacock, and Apple TV+ a few months.  Everything was working fine until two weeks ago.  I went to enter the Apple TV+ application, but didn't get the normal sign in page.  Instead, a gray screen came up instructing me to sign in to my Apple TV+ account.  I followed the instructions to go to the Apple website and follow the instructions.  Once there, I received a message that my account was already signed on.  I went back to Xfinity to open Apple TV+, but still just got the gray screen telling me that I had to log in.  I tried to troubleshoot and to re-start  my system, but nothing worked.  The interesting thing is:  if I leave Xfinity and just use my smart TV, I CAN access Apple TV+!  I really think I should be able to access Apple TV+ through Xfinity like I used to do.  I am sure that someone must have the solution to my issue.  Thanks in advance.

Good afternoon user_npo2xj are you getting any specific error message when trying to enter the Apple TV app? Often times the error code will start with APP-. Have you attempted to try and sign out, and then sign back in?

@XfinityJon The issue seems to have resolved. When I got the message to sign in to the Apple account, I did so and the television/Xfinity successfully refreshed. I am now a happy camper. Thank you.

I was told that Appletv was included with peacock, but that is not true.

user_8tjjn3 thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out. While Apple TV is not included with Peacock specifically, the amazing Streamsaver option does include both Apple TV+ and Peacock as well as Netflix for one reduced rate.
