streamning xfinity with firefox

what the [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] happened who decided to break the desktop streaming with firefox? before anyone says a [Edited: "Inappropriate Language"] word I have done ALL the trouble shooting steps

I have cleared the cache/cookies/history/etc I have done various other things even reset firefox to stock settings

the issue I can have 1 firefox browser with 1 tab open for the most part it runs ok 

now if I have 1 browser open with 2 or more tabs the xfinity page was going from streaming to signed out if you switched between the 2 I used to be able to have many tabs and NEVER had an issue

the started about a week ago NOTHING on my pc has changed I was able to turn on a channel leave it on for days while using multiple browsers open various amounts of tabs open then this suddenly starts happening...

right now it stops streaming and goes to the watch now page of the show I was watching 30 seconds ago... WHAT DID YOU DO???

1 is this a known issue?

2 what is being down to fix it

3 will we get compensated for not being able to use something that we/I use in my office EXCLUSIVELY this has nothing to do with my PC or any other equipment...

4 is there a time frame for the fix and compensation Xfinit breaking a serious than many people use?
