streaming with Roku

While choosing a program, after I hit watch, it returns to the program listings instead of playing the show. I have no other issues with all the other apps on Roku, only Xfinity. Have been to the Xfinity store and all is fine with our WIFI. Any suggestions? i have reinstalled multiple times. still no luck.
