streaming websites is down

Streaming website has been down now for 8 days (since 07/17/2025). According to Customer Support, it is an in-house (meaning Xfinity's "house") problem created when your techies implemented an upgrade to their system and somehow inadvertently caused the crash. This is NOT a problem with my DVR box/WiFi/modem ... it is a problem in Xfininty's house. But 8 days and still not fixed?  Is anyone working on it? Will I be credited for all the days I've been (and will be) without  web streaming ability? I'd appreciate an update from Xfinity on the matter.

After being down for a week (at least), yesterday in Seattle, Streaming is now working on my PC (Windows 11), with all three browsers I throw at it. Maybe the crack team at Comcast is now trying to figure out how to do that nationwide.

Thanks for your input. I hope you're right about that crack team figuring out how to do it nationwide. It would be nice to hear directly from Xfinity, but I'm not holding my breath.

Greetings, @user_xx8tze! Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum. I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Xfinity Stream website, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

Can you tell me a little more about what's happening? Are you seeing an error when you navigate to the site (https://www.xfinity.com/stream) and log in, or are you experiencing issues after logging in? Are you getting an error message of any kind? Please let me know.
